Terms and Conditions

  • Acceptance: Any commission request implies that you have read, comprehended and are subjected to these terms and conditions.

  • Payment: 50% of the commission cost must be paid before the work starts. Once the artwork is complete the remaining cost must be paid for before receiving the final full resolution image.

  • Cancellations: refunds can be issued according to what stage the work is in. If the artwork is at the brainstorming phase a full refund can be issued. If the artwork is beyond this stage or has reached the half way phase (line art and base colour) no refund can be issued for downpayment. If the work has gone beyond these stages or is complete you are subjected to pay for the commission in full.

  • Alterations and modifications: commissioner must adhere to a certain amount and type of alterations during process. Any backtracking will result in an extra fee. This does not include oversights in the animals likeness I might have missed, such as markings and unique features.

  • I reserve the right to cancel a commission due improper conduct, breaching of these terms and conditions, late payments and poor communication.

  • All commissions are for personal use only and as the artist I, Valeria Sandoval Carrasco, retain the copyright for any commissions or images created. This means these images cannot be used for profit by the commissioner. This includes and is not limited to: prints, merchandising, marketing content and NFTs.

  • Any work created by me, Valeria Sandoval Carrasco, cannot be used for NFTs or any blockchain related technology. 

  • You can still share the image and post it to social media, websites or more and please remember to give me credits for the image and tag me where possible.

  • If you wish to have the full rights to the artwork please contact me for pricing. This will require a rights and usage contract to be written up and signed before the work begins. 

  • If you wish for the artwork to be kept private indefinitely you can request that at the beginning of our interaction and for an additional fee. This means the commission will never be posted publicly such as to social media or my website.
